I have enjoyed the print version of Florida Design for about 20 years and it has always been my favorite magazine. However, I spent $5 for an online issue so I could enjoy it on my iPad. That was a mistake! It disappeared and if I want it again, I must spend $5 more to get it again. Further, I subscribed to the online version and the app is so poor. It blinks at the beginning of each photo which is very distracting and cuts off while I am reading the magazine and I have to reload it and find my place again. I am going to stick with the print version because this app is not worth it.
I purchased this December 16, 2013. It never would load, the it just disappeared from my purchases. There is a HELP button but it doesnt HELP! It keeps wanting me to repurchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME
App does not open Removed and reloaded several times to no avail. Please fix, want to use
App doesnt open since iOS 9 upgrade. I am still paying fir my subscription though, please fix it!
Please fix this problem. The app opens the closes. Happens both on my iPhone 6 and my iPad Air. Plus the new issue is already out on newsstands.
I paid for a years subscription in September and a month later I still cant get the app to open. It just hangs up on a blue screen.
This is a waste of money. Too expensive and did not work.
I love FL Design magazine and decided to try the online version so I subscribed on 1/11/16 for a year, and havent been able to DL any issues. I have sent emails to FL Design with no reply back. I have tried to reply to the Devs Support Page as referenced in the email from Apple when I subscribed but all I get is errors! Please fix or refund my money. Is this a scam?
This is rediculous - the app does not work and it is impossible to get anyone to do something about it or your money back. Apple needs to step in and do something about this.
