UPDATED: the issue below has been fixed! Thank you. Now u get 5 stars! Love this magazine! ...when you flip through the pages, for the first half a second the colors look fine. Then they all darken and you lose all the picture details. Its one big black blob in some cases. This is very frustrating. I set my brightness to high on my ipad but that doesnt help. Pls fix this and ill give you 6 stars

Purchased a subscription in January but the latest issue wont download without me paying again for it.Turn-page hasnt replied to any attempts to contact them for weeks, so until they step their game up, .25/10 would not buy again

Downloaded the app but thats all the farther it will go. Wont load a magazine. Just keeps scrolling trying to interact with an app that doesnt appear to really be there. Waste of time. Why would you want to ruin your brand by having such a crummy app?

Cant download any issues and no resolution from tech support after months of trying!

Just an e-reader for the magazines, which you have to buy at full price (wouldnt you rather have the nice, paper version).

I really wanted to make this work but this app should never have been approved. It does not work. Paid for an issue but it would not download. Tried to contact support 2 times without a response. I was willing to do an annual subscription but I cant even download one Magizine. Save yourself the aggravation. Dont download it.

I am disappointed in your pricing.$4.99 an issue with no subscription offers is a joke. Your company is making millions of dollars in advertising fees and yet you are selling the magazine at $4.99/issue. The Oprah Magazine reaches more viewers than your magazine and offers a subscription estimated around $1.67/issue. You offer no options to save photos, email pages, or live links within your App, which would direct traffic to your advertisers, and allow users to save pages, photos desired for inspiration, and reference to a desired product and design. Perhaps you need to rethink how your App functions, and reduce your pricing as you are robbing customers who purchase this download. I have purchased one issue and will not make any further purchases until you change how your app functions.

I purchased this app with the illusion it would be free. You have to pay for each addition. Well ok I purchased one, not only did I have problems downloading, Im having problems viewing the magazine. I wish FDM would have worked out the bugs before making it available. I love the magazine and purchased with hesitation even after reading the reviews. I hope FDM can fix the bugs so I can enjoy the magazine, and for other persons that have never enjoyed the magazine before.

I subscribed to the one year for $14.99. When I try to download the issues, it asks me every time if I want to buy that one issue for $4.99 or subscribe. How do I use this app??

I purchased a 1 year subscription and I cant get it to download any of the new issues. I have 4 due me. It keeps asking me if I would like to purchase the next issue... ??? How do I download my issues without paying another $14.99??? The initial download and first issue went smoothly with no problems. Great magazine if they could get their "yearly subscription" to work.

This is a nice magazine but have problems with the yearly subscription. I paid for an annual subscription but it stopped showing the new issues starting from the September issue and so I do not have access to the issue to download, neither can I cancel??!!!!! Apart from this I will give the app 4 stars and once they allow cut and paste from the inside pages I will give it the 5th star. Hope theyll fix it soon.

Like the other reviews here I have paid for the yearly sub but it is still asking me to pay for each mag. I love this magazine I always pick it up when Im traveling. It would be very nice if they can get this bug worked out.

report this to apple and your credit card. They charge, but do not provide service/items promised.

They have a problem with the annual subscription, asking you to buy the current issue again. Their tech support has been promising a fix for over a month without results. Time for Apple to step up and remove this app before more people have their money taken without results.

Everybody dont purchase,problem in download.I just bought the new issue and it wont download!!!.....

This is app does not download the issues. iTunes must do something regarding this. Unacceptable, I want enjoy my paid subscription or remove this app from the store.

Today finally downloaded the version 2 app and guess what,its the same mess! I have a paid subscription to the digital magazine and have been unable to download any new magazines. Again with this new app,when I try to download after I have entered my password it will ask me to buy the new issues. My subscription is supposed to be active until 2014. Dont buy this app until they fix this. Received a call from support 2 weeks ago and no action. Apple should discontinue this app if they do not fix it.

Dont buy this app, I had to reset my Ipad twice and download the app twice, and still havent being able to use it. And I have one year subscription. They should change the app developers because it doesnt work at all.
