A scam

Today finally downloaded the version 2 app and guess what,its the same mess! I have a paid subscription to the digital magazine and have been unable to download any new magazines. Again with this new app,when I try to download after I have entered my password it will ask me to buy the new issues. My subscription is supposed to be active until 2014.
Dont buy this app until they fix this. Received a call from support 2 weeks ago and no action. Apple should discontinue this app if they do not fix it.
